1. RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective inserts attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Email).

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS LABELS

We believe in a fair and transparent approach to shipping costs and return labels:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If the return is due to our error (broken, defective, or wrong item), ZEVIAJ will provide a prepaid return label via email at no cost to you. We cover 100% of the return shipping costs in these cases.

  • Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, or the style/color does not meet your preference:
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.
  • Shipping Costs: All costs associated with the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees ($0).

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please follow these simple steps to ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately:

Step 1: Contact Us Email our support team at support@zeviaj.shop with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Please include clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Review Authorization Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  • If the item is damaged/defective: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • If it is a change of mind: This is a customer responsibility. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA), and you will need to purchase a return shipping label from a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Pack Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Attach your shipping label and mail the package to our official return center:

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (REMITTANCE)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund including shipping costs.

6. REFUNDS PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed by us within 3–4 business days.

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.
