1. SHIPPING DESTINATION

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

To provide you with the best service, we break down our delivery process into two stages:

  • Order Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT- Eastern Standard Time) (Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day)
  • Transit Time (Shipping): 4 – 6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 8 Business Days

4. SHIPPING CARRIER

We primarily use FedEx for our deliveries to ensure your package arrives securely. On certain occasions, we may use other reliable carriers like UPS or USPS if it ensures faster delivery to your location.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1–2 business days), you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. DUTIES AND TAXES

For customers within the United States, there are no additional customs duties. Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your state's regulations.

7. WRONG ADDRESS RE-DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed beyond our estimated 8-business-day window, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
